He was doing it a couple times. So i am 100% sure that this was not a simple glitch.

I got srmod in November and therefore don't have perms on Parkour either

why don't mods have perms on parkour?

i mean its still a mv server xD

they should have a parkour mod

 

After looking at it again it only happens once and you don't show tab so I'm gonna say it's lack of evidence. If he was hacking I feel like he'd do it more than once in an attempt to complete the parkour course.

Also the reason staff don't have perms on Parkour is because the files are from like 2014/15 and the parkour ranks work on the same system as the staff ranks. If a staff member was to click a sign, they'd lose their staff rank. It's been brought up again now since Parkour was "recently" added back with a small update so staff might end up with perms after all. It would, however, mean that staff can't play parkour themselves.
