rule broken: scaming anyone under any circumstances

me and my friend save up all our money to buy a spawner. We finally got the cow spawner but couldn't use it. We ask people in chat and Neon_Bacon_Tree said he would help. So we trusted him and he stole it while stealing the 6 glowtone on the floor. One of my friends tried to get it back by fighting him in the nether but since Neon_Bacon_Tree has God he beat him quickly and took the enchanted diamond armor and sword. I am really pissed off since I gave my full dedication into getting the spawner by voting everyday and selling as munch as I can. I gave a full week into getting the money and all he did was sat in his chair and laugh at us. All I want is the spawner and full enchanted diamond armor with enchanted sword back. He doesn't even have to get banned. All I want is him to stop being a big fat jerk

All I have as proof is what happened after
These holes were once the places where the glowstone once was when he stole it

So I cannot deal with this, sorry.
