Yes @larrythebird101 is right, you need to have proof that "they" used lava and killed you. Otherwise we would think your faking. Please of screenshots, they prove that you are not lieing. And I would also like to add, what gamemode or mini-game "they" killed you with lava?

 

well, i have a Windows 8 so could SOMEONE tell me how to take screen shots on a windows 8 PLZ

 

Just use the Minecraft screenshot. Press F2 while on the server. It should say Screenshot <Date>. Not the letter and then the number, press the one above the number.

If that doesn't work you could try FN + F2, sometimes I have to do that
