2. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Since the 50% sale was so tempting I asked anyone doign rank upgrades. Dispersed said yes and he told me 700 for mvp. I even skyped his and he sounded like some random 8 year old lol. I gave him 700 and 1 min later he went offline blocked me and ingored me. How rude. FK that kid. I still dont have MVP
