A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: In creative plots Seetea12 was tricked into getting trapped in a nether portal. The offender apparently said "Tpa for free heads." Evidence/full screenshots: Although I don't have any evidence it would be much appreciated if a moderator or some sort of staff member could tp Seetea12 out of the nether portal in creative at a specific time.
