It's different when it comes from a staff member. We try to set a good example for the rest of the community.
Seems this guy took it the wrong way as you were just joking with her.

 

Have you seen the amount of staff members that say this openly?

 

Regardless, what they are trying to explain to you is that what is not offensive to you may be to others... You've been in trouble a few times now for your mouth MPG. You know Merks was SUPER pissed last time.
