The rule against death wishes/threats are to prevent instances where a player specifically tells another player to kill himself e.g. 'kys', or threatens another player by saying something like 'I will kill you'. This doesn't appear to be targeted at any one person and to be quite frank there is nothing wrong with hoping everyone dies at some stage of their life (otherwise overpopulation would destroy civilization and the Earth).
