      2. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Rate Abuse. The player shows extreme lack of immaturity towards the forums user whom he uses negative ratings more than 5 times within the hour. This was not just done because of the comment the forums user has given, because if so, some would be unreal and controversial. For whatever punishment is given to this user, this should not be accepted in any circumstance to whoever it could have been directed.
