Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, I find the evidence provided insufficient.

Jarquisha's hits are far more suspicious than the person you're reporting. Don't hesitate to make another report if you should you gain more evidence in the future. Feel free to PM another mod if you're in strong disagreement with my decision.
