The last report was not for the armor he scammed me of. Its because he has a non obtainable item that was glitched into the game using /staff
I'm not quite sure why you would report this again after a mod told you there was insufficient evidence the first time you reported the person. You cannot prove that this person is the one that actually glitched the item, therefore they have not broken any rules. Just because they have it does not mean they broke the rules to get it.
