5. Ok so the first hit gives is so impossible and obv and at the end he macros this should be a ban.

Since there was another Titan ranked player in the gamemode at the moment, we could only assume that they healed Louis. Since we cannot determine if he macroed or got healed, this evidence is invalid and the player will not be punished.
