I logged into OP Prison this morning and my balance was reset to $0 I'm not sure why that happened but I was asking people around and I heard people have lost their Inventories/EnderChests/Pv's/Money/XP. Here is a list of people that told me that they had lost they're possessions... OmgItsJayy lost all of his items in his /pv 1, Ducky_Assassin lost his balance, DarkBrandon lost all of the items in his Ender Chest, MedicalWeed lost all of the items in his Inventory also all of his XP levels and his Balance was cleared. I have been seeing Mineverse mess up a lot lately, this morning only 5 game modes were working which i'm not too sure why and only a couplr of weeks ago I had lost my items on Towny. It's very unfortunate to see people loosing all of they're possessions on the server that they love and I hope they all do have evidence/proof of their missing possessions. Lucky I have a screenshot of my balance before it had been reset That's 931.83 Trillion or $931,830,000,000,000
For anything related to lost ranks, money etc, you are going to have to email support. I have not heard of anyone getting refunds but that doesn't mean they won't. Good luck.
You are going to need to send an email to [email protected] with proof of your balance. I don't know if they are planning on refunding people at this point. Cyp is currently away without internet and I do not know when he will be returning, so when you send the email, you are going to have to be patient. I am going to close this because unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about it here on the forums, it all relies on sending the email to support. As soon as we know exactly what, if anything, is going to be done about this, I will post a thread about it.
