He may have been AFK in this instance and not have purposefully lobby glitched, do you have any video evidence of him lobby glitching? I also would like to make you aware that in your screenshot you are using a hacked client, these are not allowed on Mineverse and I am going to have to ban you for it.

Now after looking at the screenshot more carefully, it appears you are attempting to frame PopJava. In the screenshot PopJava is shown in chat as being just infected, therefor him being in-game and NOT in the lobby. I also got in-game and took a look, PopJava has a completely different skin to this.
