When their name in tab is the colour of their donor rank (For non-donors it's white), that means they are lobby glitching. Which is why it's difficult to catch VIPs and Premiums. :P

It would be impossible to see someone glitched in the lobby unless it was carnival. The coloured name in tab has always been 100% correct to alert people to who has glitched. There is no other way to know someone has lobby glitched. That's what other mods use as verification on who to punish for lobby glitching. Without it, lobby glitching wouldn't be trackable.
