OP PvP LickHer hacking.[Already Banned]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: DeadlyPvP
2. The offender's exact ingame name: LickHer
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking (Reach, Kill-aura) (Ban evading this player is LickHim)
4. Evidence/full screenshots:

Point one to watch: 49 seconds till 52 seconds on 0.25 speed, you can tell he hits me while not looking at me.
Point two to watch: 52 seconds till 59 seconds on 0.25 speed, at 54 seconds this user hits me from 4+ blocks (He's not a pinger I hit tab at the start of the videoish), at 57/58 seconds this user is running away to gapple he then head snaps on 0.25 speed instantly while his body is still facing the way he was originally running.

My ping: 182
His ping: 201.
The higher the ping the laggier you are, he cannot 4+block range me on 4 bars.
