Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: Contrariety
2. The offender's exact ingame name: LegsUp
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: No Slowdown (Skip to 21 seconds in vid)
4. Evidence/full screenshots:

This is a common visual glitch which has been happening on OpPvp and KitPvp2, and most likely all the rest of the servers. I'll leave this to the opinions of other staff, but I don't think this is valid.
