There is no time about "advertising" your mod application. It's not the advertising the rules are referring to. Is attention grabbing in statuses and other threads allot your app annoying and frowned upon as it shows desperation, sure, but not report worthy. Also all he is doing in the screenshot is telling people to not look at the clawed application and to look at the new one.... Context my friend. Work out whatever beef you have with him. Closing.
