Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Boosting in the "Mines" map (I think that's what it's called).

It is possible to get to this location without boosting. It is difficult but possible. Also boosting is a kickable offence, not bannable. In the future, if you catch someone boosting, go to /lobby and /staff to find a staff member that can help handle situations like this.
