I know it doesn't actually say it but seriously? It's easy enough to figure out what he's saying, and he does this constantly (look at his past bans). He just gets unbanned and does it again -_-

 

Im not going to ban because It would be very easy to appeal and we have no idea what this means he could be implying but we don't know.
