Why does it take 5 mods? We wouldn't have this if @CypriotMerks added a chat monitor plugin. IF this is a report it should of been taken care of. Mods have many things to do and it doesn't seem Skywars is much of a deal. If players are offended report it. Like guys players have power too. It's mainly mods who just carry out the punishment.
