All the players in prison have been experiencing severe lag that happens pretty often. It usually results in players quitting for a while until the lag has stopped. I've realized that it begins when the baltop command is executed. I was wondering if anything could be done about this such as disabling it until it has been fixed and could be used without this problem.

To make this matter worse, when more people start finding out about this, what's to stop them from lagging the server on purpose?
