2. The offender's exact ingame name: Souje
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Telling a person ''kys''. Then quickly did the ''in game''. Ignore that. He's just not trying to get banned.

Unfortunately, you can never know how another player is trying to say something. In this case, he forgot to add in-game. Therefore, I will have to lock this for lack of evidence. Sorry.
