A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: KittyVonCatworth scammed me by saying the he/she will give me sharp 5s, protection 4 armor and a fortune 3 pickaxe if I gave him/her $60k on prison and 10 vote keys. He/She didnt even give me 1 full set of protection 4 armor or a sharp 5 weapon.
