The person did not break any rules. If you did really scam, you'd be banned for it. Don't go around reporting people for little things like this. People call me a bad mod, or even "Pops4demote". Does it mean that I believe what they say (unless they have a legitimate reason, which is never the case)? Does it mean that I go around banning them for that? No. Please understand that not everyone will like you, and us mods cannot do anything about that.
