6. 1.Scammed me, they never got banned but when i reported them the Moderator who took over moved it to banned threads. The user is not banned on kitpvp and i do not have my 600 dollars back. Is This Fair? I am Fed up with mods doing this.

Well, I did banned him. The ban list rested. That's why he's unbanned.
