Advertising. I logged onto KitPvP from Skywars and as soon as I join I receive a msg from the user Hunter135596 telling me to go to a server. I did not request him to give me this server IP.

Advertising through messages are not bannable.
As you do not know if he/she may have accidentally messaged you, but was meaning to message someone else.
