he said he will sell his kit for 30 and i paid him 150 instead of paying him 15 (half) and he wont back the money he put it as bounty pls help on someone :( dem scam

Unfortunately a player cannot be banned for this as it isn't scamming. Although it wasn't exactly nice of him, it was not his fault that you paid him that much. Scamming would be if you paid the 30 and he did not fulfill the deal. Sorry.
