      What is the bug: As you are aware, there are 5 chests by spawn. Four enderchests and one double public chest. Currently no-one has access to them. Whenever someone right-clicks them nothing happens. This is getting to be a problem mainly for the enderchests (unless you are a donor and have /echest). Everyone has some special loot stored in there and cannot access it. Everyone is complaining about it.
