3.A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming - canadians912 said he would sell me prot 4 armor for $75, so i gave him 75 and he gave me prot 1 with no helmet.I asked if i could have my money back but he said,"sorry thats how i make money". Then he got offline.
