A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: 'Warning' for invalid reasons, and simply because someone is 'upset' for absolutely no reason. On top of this, carelessly allowing a player to defend themselves, and resolving a situation because it makes the reporting player happy, with no care or thought of the person being 'punished'. I also witnessed this happen to Fuzzybear with Pops, but atleast he said something('Shut up' once is apparently offensive). On this report, I did nothing but defend myself. @kitkat6605910 You cannot simply warn a player or punish them because someone is 'upset'. That's ridiculous, and it isn't a good look.
I have one question, in the provided images from the report were you talking to Chris? I am sorry if you feel this is incorrect. At least it was only warn. I think the player that reported you may have read the chat wrong and I think I might have aswell. This wont happen again, I can assure you. Tagging only one staff that can deal with this. @ScoFu13
I wasn't talking to him initially, and then when he threatened to report me, I directed my chat to him. This is incorrect, 100%. At first, you showed no sympathy towards you actions, and just acted on what the player who was reporting me wanted. I understand we don't have a good past Kit, because you feel me singing the kittykat song on Skype is 'weird' but you don't have to treat me so poorly. As for 'at least it's only a warn', that isn't what I am trying to prove. I am trying to point out the in corrections that mods are making that I see, and point out how it reflects on the community with a negative effect. That warn could develop into a mute, kick, ban ect. Again, sorry that it just so happened to be you that did this to me, but I want to point something out to @ScoFu13 - Sco, I know your a good guy. This isn't a matter of demoting your mods, but more or less putting them in line. Kit is NOT the only mod who does this, and by 'this' I mean punish someone based on no valid proof and on what the player who is reporting wants. Also, I want to extend on something the mods are acting BLIND towards. Players, such as Marloo and Frotac, are reporting people for their own benefit; they aren't jnsulted, they just want us off the server because we shred them in pvp. I know it sounds weird, but I'm telling you, it's true and mods need to wake up to it. -Gizz. I'll be awaiting responses.
She clearly stated that she read the chat wrong. Sometimes we rush the reports, we have a lot of pressure on us to be on the forums and do reports, do ban appeals and be in game 24/7 (player's expectations). However we should be a lot as it is what we signed up for. It is a minor mistake. Should she have given you a warning for that? No. Was it a verbal warning and nothing happened from it... yes. It is reason to report someone... not in my opinion. But in doing so you have made her aware of her mistake and she can now learn from it. This isn't the easiest thing to do.
