1. Djryan 2. Kitkat 3. Not doing reports ( as usuall). The whole point of being mod is to do reports, not 2 in like, 2 weeks ;/. I mean, I doubt it takes a 5 to do a report once a day. Sorry, I have been doing a few reports but I have to focus on school aswell. Lately I have been getting exams and tests so I guess I 'kinda' have been laying off. I will make sure I do more reports. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Well kitkat, I understand that. But if the workload is too much you should take a break and return, not leave us expectant. Its a job. Not a hobby. Take a break, Leave the team, catch up on school, then come back. But if you don't do so, then we have nothing to expect but you being here and contributing like the other moderators. Take @Darkchyldeone and @ohhglaze For instance, their perfect examples. Its better to take a break than be a dead weight. Essentially, its not a excuse. Everyone has school, your not the only one.
What are you expecting? Kit responded and apologized. Kitkat most likely knows her limits. If she feels as if she needs to take a very necessary break, she will do so. Obviously since she hasn't told us about any breaks, she doesn't feel that she needs one. Last week I was reported twice for inactivity, but really I was just busy with school work. However, I have been a mod for 5 months, and have contributed lots of time to this server. Just because I was unable to come on the server for 3-4 days does not mean I was a lazy mod. Take Grayson, for example, if I may. He had to take a short break a few days after becoming a moderator, but when he came back he was on top of every report. Yes, he came on the forums, but no it did not make him a lazy mod. You never know what someone is going through, she may be under some other stress that is not related to school. Some people don't like to bring in personal problems and don't like talking about it either. Some moderators were so busy with school that they were unable to even come online to the forums. At least she has done reports and knows how to do her job to an extent. Yes, everyone has school, but in different grades, schools, amounts of homework etc. Kitkat may have more homework than other mods that are able to dedicate more time, making her look "lazy". I'm sure she's trying her best that she can be. I'm sorry you feel as if she is being lazy. Please don't take this as an attack, I just want to settle this. (when do I not want to settle things lol) Remember we have 19 other moderators that are able to work on here and can help you with any problem needed. I will wait for kitkat to respond...
Se has been a moderator for almost 3 weeks now and in that time she has completed less than the mods promoted a few days ago. I could care less if she apolagized, she is not pulling her weight. I wouldnt be like this if she did AT THE VERY LEAST 2-4, AND I SAID 2-4, reports a day consistently. I want this handled by a higher power. And i want a more adaquite explination from kitkat instead of : Kinda is an understatement. Again, we all have school, work, bills, family. She is not the only one. Now, if she explained a bit more, like for say she is desling with depression or she is really being hammered with work constantly, i would understand. But her response was crap. Im sorry, but i tell it as it is. I am not attacking her because of what she said about me, or that shes targeted, im reporting her because she has yet to explain her absurd inactivity. This is a higly coveted job that many would love to have and dedicate their lives to. She does not want to seem to do so.
I mean, just look at her inactivity. On almost all the servers she hasn't been on for a week. On one server, she hasn't been on in 3 months!
Although this has been argued many times, and certainly both sides of this argument has a point, but I believe it is in your best interest to be happy that she is able to come online and the fact she HAS done reports. Many, actually. This does not bring any attention, we are fully aware that she hasn't been doing much reports lately but it is nothing to create report about. Also, may I quote: Well obviously if you needed a response so badly, I gave you one. Do not complain that just because I am not the head moderator I can't respond and try handling this. Yes, I know I'm technically not supposed to, but its something. I gave you a response and if you don't like it, wait until Sco replies.
The fact that @HyperPigman and @HipsterChick have done many more is not something to be proud of. And I will never and have never questioned your authority. I appreciate your feedback and I never said I didn't, as your the only mod who bothered to even reply, and that makes me happy that you care. That post was from Thursday morning, not 20 mins ago.
I will try to be more active with the reports. Also, when I go to the reports section most of the time they have already been handled by another Moderator.
