The nick is a hacker he has hacked so far my minecraft and get me banned and my Email here is proof that he did it and someone should do something thank u.

Unfortunately skype isn't enough proof and can't deal with anything over skype. He admitting unfortunately isn't enough evidence. If you have more please feel free to make another report.
