she/he had rapid fire hack and shot arrows at he at rapid speed like 3 arrows persecond

I cannot do anything with this still image.
Reasons?
If you zoom in on the photo you can see that there are 2 people using bows.
And there are only 4 shots being fired.
2 are being fired by one player.
and vice versa.

It is easy to fire 2 shots in between each other, I can do it myself.

Sorry I cannot ban for this amount of evidence.
