I'm pretty sure I saw Johul on today or someone with a similar name

 

He got unbanned. The mods just completely ignored the fact that he was banned for hacking(now twice) and was hacking and ban evading on an alt.

 

Glaad could only check IPs on forums, not in game. Plus she have resigned. Unless you have actual evidence, this report is invalid.
