3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking of some sort? I'm not too sure about what happened. He was killing people in the lobby and when the game started, there was no villager and resources weren't spawning. I understand if something cannot be done about this.

You could of taken the screenshot right when he was punching. Unfortunately this is not enough proof.
