Hi I'm reporting JustTobu/TobuDonut for ban avoiding.
Ok so this is a bit different. On March 26 I reported a player for hacks and the report got replied to
on March 27. The players ingame name was JustTobu. After I reported him I waited for the thread to be responded. The link is here: http://www.mineverse.com/threads/justtobu-hacking-str-tempbanned.79243/
Before the report got replied to, "JustTobu" changed is name to "TobuDonut" and I didn't realise this till after when he got banned he messaged me with his different username saying he did a ban appeal. I searched looking for it but I didn't see any appeal. I looked on namemc.com and saw that he changed his name on the same date the thread was replied to. I realised that he must have changed his name before he was banned with his other name so I went off to make this appeal.

2. The offender's exact ingame name: TobuDonut (Old IGN was JustTobu)
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They were hacking on kit pvp and I reported them and they changed their name before the mod saw the thread so he didn't get banned.

Above are screenshots I took of him online, him changing his name on March 27 12:54 pm and the thread being replied to on March 27.

I believe this is enough evidence to state he changed his username to avoid being banned and believe you should re-ban him.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to post this report. Tobu appealed his ban, yes I am aware that he changed his name when he appealed. However if you have any evidence against him apart from this issue, feel free to report the player. <3
