3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He teleported back to the warp really quickly.

You can teleport very fast if you don't talk. If the last cmd you did was /warp (mine letter), then all you need to do is press (Enter -> UP KEY -> Enter) and it will take you back to that warp.
