A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Cursing, and seamlessly bypassing the chat filters with /me. From the screen shot I put below, you can see him trying to curse, yet the regular chat filter stopped it and turned it into a "."
I didn't think /me was able to by pass filters, but it obviously does. Please ignore me and other peoples chat in the middle, but pay attention to the fact Jawbreaker86 tried cursing in the regular chat, and tried to bypass filters by doing /me

Note: I was not hacking in that screen shot, I was using MineChat. I have been accused of hacking many times because of my screen shots on MineChat when really, I was not hacking at all, so that's why I thought I would point this out.
