A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He made fake screenshots of me saying kys in chat I saw on his forum account he did it to other people aswell.

Evidence/screenshots. (below in ban appeal) He got salty because I beat him in a 1v1 yesterday http://prnt.sc/b4qz6l

If you look on his profile you can see in the different screenshots he took to report people all his accs (iSporky, Mikeeyyy, CraftyMike01, TheHarmlessKing, LightTensions, MineversePvP and probably many others.)
