      2. The offender's exact ingame name: Isak2002kasi
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He scammed me in a cf for 5k. He said "5k cf its up" and then when i won, he said "no it was for 5 cent" im sure if i have lost that, he would have said it was for 5k.
