      2. The offender's exact ingame name: Ioikco
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I asked if anyone had lapis for sale. He said that I had plenty of money and should just buy it. I stated that the reason that I have so much money is that I don't go out and "just buy it". He replied back using swear words and used a workaround to get past the CleanChat.
