Unless I'm missing something (I've watched it several times) I do not see any way of us knowing what player this is. The playername that you reported does say in chat that there is a speed hacker on the ice, but we have no way of knowing it was him that was doing it. I am going to close this for lack of evidence, however if I have missed something, please report again and let me know.
