I know this rule is debated quite a lot on Infection. But, spawn camping falls under the "No experience farming" rule. Therefore meaning, that by spawn camping, they are in fact farming experience without realizing it, therefor, braking a rule.

This was discussed, spawn camping is aloud and with prestige etc they can easily be killed. In a way its a risky tactic,
