He has had 3 warnings and he keeps copying moderator applications. Please take further action. He won't stop copying moderator after Dyna said (In the first report) that she warned him.
The 2nd time the application was already there. I didn't warn him until late last night (was night for me anyway). Since he has done it again after being warned, I have banned him.
