I would like a refund because of the following. Its been a month and its pretty much illegal to not give me my full product or deal and i have went on the forums and asked it to be fixed 3 times. I will get lawyers involved because you need to learn a lesson and not be so lazy. If you don't give me my refund. This is fraud. I have the consumers rights to get my refund due to the fact of you being lazy and fraud. I would like a response in at least 2 days from the owner of i will take it to another level. God rank is for all your servers and that is made very clear. It your problem to fix and you didn't fix it. Of course you have the right of proof of purchase which i have and will send it to you when you respond, but for now, no. I bought the God rank and didn't get full price, i tried to get in touch 3 times and nothing. i am sick of this and i would like a refund as soon as possible. I did not receive this rank as a gift and i paid with my own money. Yes problems and faults can be major or minor but this is situation is both. You made this into a major one by not responding and being a poor owner. I have the right to ask for a refund at this point because of the wait, i reject the item and request a full refund, i would not like a replacement now and if i don't get a refund like i said, i will have to take it to another level.
