Hi my Minecraft name is BiggestCookie.

I have a big issue and the issue is paying.
When 2 days ago I wanted to upgrade my rank from Supreme to God. As I wanted to pay with Paywall with my Visa card, it said that: "The paying system has been blocked for you."
I have no idea what this means and I've sent the Minverse Support a screenshot of that. Please unblock me or tell me how to unblock myself by myself.
