Skyblock Illegal item buying[Handled]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: Darth_Magnus
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Shxnee
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He is buying sand which says is an illegal item if you try to drop it to other people.

Sand is no longer an illegal item, we simply haven't removed that part yet.

Dirt and other things still remain illegal.
