Since he could simply be trying to TP we don't consider that mute evasion for one single request. It's mute evasion if he spammed you with requests time after time in a way that made it seem like he was trying to annoy/get your attention despite being muted. If you don't have more screenshots I'll have to close it for Lack of Evidence
