3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They offered to buy me the premium rank for 50k in game money. I accepted the deal and paid them. Then they told me they bought it and went offline. It's been almost a day and I still do not have the rank.

Would you happen to have video evidence of this trade? For scamming reports we strictly only accept those with video evidence without it then we, unfortunately, can not do anything.
