2. The offender's exact ingame name: hexgone
   
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking, fast eating.
   
4. Evidence/full screenshots: If you look closely at the chat at 0:04 yVitorG0D is mentioned to have hacks. I don't have proof that he does, but maybe you guys can look into it.
